The Awakened Woman

Conscious Pregnancy Training and Teacher Training

CP Flier 2020 2.jpg

Whether you want to be a mother, are a mother, or have no concept of being a mother, the teachings around pregnancy and birth are a mirror for your life journey as a woman.

It is a journey of healing from your own birth, your mother’s birth,
and the ancestral patterns imprinted in the womb.

The healing is reflected forward for your family, your children, your sense of self as a woman and your relationships.

This course is for every Woman.

As we learn about pregnancy and birth and the cycle of life for the woman we understand the process of conception, birthing and early childhood.

The Awakened Woman teachings for Conscious Pregnancy are from the ancient science and technology of Kundalini Yoga. Together with evolving science and transpersonal psychology, they include childbirth education and parenting as well as Suraj’s own life experience and journey of Awakening. They are a blueprint for emotional, physical and spiritual health for the nine months of pregnancy and the first few months after birth.

It is of great benefit for preconception care, pregnancy, mothers, yoga teachers, mid-wives; doula’s, grandmothers and women who want to embrace the mother within.

It prepares a KRI Level One Teacher of Kundalini Yoga to offer a wide variety of pregnancy and women’s classes.

'The course was conducted in a very safe environment. Siri Mukta Kaur is very compassionate and conveyed the essence of teaching yoga to children in a way that is not overwhelming. There were plenty of activities shown - I feel that I have a full “tool box” I can draw from and start teaching right away with confidence. Lots of hands on practical application, which is excellent.'
Karen Gay, Hanoi, Vietnam

'Thank you Siri Mukta for the beautiful teachings and thanks for your passion and inspiration for kids yoga. It’s a beautiful course, and an honour to be a
part of. Blessings.' Fiona Filippelli, Melbourne, Australia
